Exchange & Return Policy – Smile n Shine

All products purchased from www.smilenshine.com can be exchanged within 7 days only if:

• The Teeth Whitening Kit is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

• In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, the defective product must be returned to the Smile n Shine Head Office within 7 days of purchase.

A replacement will be provided in cases where a defective, faulty, or damaged item has been shipped, both domestically and internationally.

Non-Exchangeable Scenarios

There are certain situations where returns and exchanges cannot be accommodated. These include (but are not limited to):

• The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

• The product is damaged due to misuse.

• The product has been tampered with.

• The package is missing essential items, such as gels, LED light, or mouth tray.

Please note that Smile n Shine does not offer cash refunds on purchased items.
